Oh yes, the Vita-Mix will make as fine a flour as you want, depending on the

time you leave it on. Vita-Mixers are super high speed blenders and will

completely liquify fruits and veggies as well. I think I paid around $300.00 for

mine, but I don't remember as it was a few years ago. I'm sure they have a

website though.
