Great workout Donna!!! Not all that familiar with Charlene P. but I remember she use to be on Life Time along with another show right before her, she was a blonde... oh I wish I could remember her name. She use to have a little box on the screen with herself doing the high impact version. Oh well, that was forever ago, it seems.

Are you talkiing about Ginette Deslauriers? She's Canadian and used to be on cable. She put out two rockin" workouts on VHS - Urban Tai Chi and the Kamakaze Workout.
