Food Plan for Today

Hi Ladies here is my plan for today, please any advise is appreciated.

M1: 1/2c ff Cot cheese, 1/3c oats, 1/4c unsweetened applesauce

M2: 1/2c ff cot cheese, 1c strawberries

M3: 1/4c tuna, 1T lite mayo, low carb ww wrap, salad w/pickles, onions

M4: 3 egg whites, medium orange

M5: 3oz chicken, 1c broccoli, 1c kidney beans

M6: 1/2c ff cot cheese, apple

Tons of water and 2 coffee with milk.

I have been reading up on Splenda and I think that may be affecting my weight

loss. I use it everyday a few times a day. I am cutting it out completly as of

today.
