I tried several times to make the NT cereal (kashk? kishk?) but it is a

teeth-breaker. How about a smoothie? Most kids seem to like those, and with

raw egg and cream added they are sustaining. I also feed my daughter

scrambled eggs for breakfast -- that is her favorite. Although this morning

i gave her raw whipped cream with a stevia-type sweetener called Omnibalance

over some raspberries. She is starting preschool next month and i'm anxious

to find a quick, healthy, sustaining breakfast she can eat in the car if

need be.

my daughter eats a boiled egg sometimes in the car. she also eats crispy nuts.

maybe egg and nut. what about a smoothie (pretty quick) with a spill-proof cup

for the car?
