Thank you for the definition. Nope, not me. Some of the people on

this board felt differently than I did and I thought I came to a

board with certain purposes and goals. But unfortunately I was

overwhelmed with the volume of information about the Warrior Diet,

rather than topics along the lines of said purposes and goals. I've

been a member of the Traditional Nutrition message board for some

time and I've never seen this much volume, like it has been here on

the Warrior Diet.

Then I received an onslaught of responses, including one person who

sent a long email directly to my home, which was unacceptable, and

stated that his/her offline email was not to be shared or duplicated

anywhere, including this message board.

At what point to you accept a " newcomes " opinions, dissapointments,

etc. and at what point does the onslaught back the " newcome "

became " flaming " in itself?
