Perhaps you mean that there seems to be an inverse correlation between funding and performance? -- Berg bberg@...

Guest guest
> ...which is why we homeschool our two. Hi Lynn --- And we homeschool our three (ages 9, 12 and 14). Perhaps there are other homeschoolers on this list, or some families who are considering it --- although many of you would consider this subject off-topic (and I wouldn't blame you at all), I think of home-based learning (I prefer this expression to " homeschooling " because our family doesn't do " school at home " ) as an extension of the health-promoting life choices we make as NT/WAPF'ers. Not a necessity, of course --- many, many happy, healthy families include children who attend school --- but the experience of learning together as a family (and taking a complete pass on the school experience) has been deeply rewarding and emotionally enriching for us. Guest guest
I am very interested in this subject as I have a nearly 2yr old I would like to learn with. Guest guest
My wife and I homeschool 4 and 6 year old. I would not be surprised to see a lot of homeschoolers here. To me, the choice to feed my kids this way comes from the same root feeling as the choice to homeschool them, finding our true nature as humans. To me much modern schooling is as unnatural as the junk food people eat. -Joe > > ...which is why we homeschool our two. > > Hi Lynn --- > > And we homeschool our three (ages 9, 12 and 14). > > Perhaps there are other homeschoolers on this list, or some families who > are considering it --- although many of you would consider this subject > off-topic (and I wouldn't blame you at all), I think of home-based > learning (I prefer this expression to " homeschooling " because our family > doesn't do " school at home " ) as an extension of the health- promoting > life choices we make as NT/WAPF'ers.
