hey, never turn down a gift... thats my motto! LOLOL

carmen's workouts are very very popular. so there must be

something to them, and, yes, they are a form of dancing which you

like!! and, heck, i actually like carmen OK... still bummed that

she divorced dave navarro though...LOL. i bet that you will find

some good things about these workouts. im looking forward to your

posts about them.
