Wow. What an awesome incentive for those of us just starting BFL.

How much weight have you lost total? Any tips or meal suggestions

that are your favorites?

Holy crap! That's awesome! You look great... from the back. :-)

I'd love to see some side and front shots.

I bet you feel like a new person. I also would be interested to

hear what your favorite meals are, favorite exercises, and any

changes in your perspective on weightloss and fitness.

Have you reached your goal or are you diving right into Challenge 4

(like me next Monday)?

Thanks. Soon as I get a chance I'm going to post all the pics on

here...the site i was using didn't allow for multiple pics at the

different stages. The changes are incredible... there's nothing

holding me back from what I want to do and I know I can do it!

For exercises I followed the BFL program pretty much to a T. I would

add a little extra cardio (5-10 minutes a day) at an intensity level

of about 7. My fav meal is simple, grilled salmon, brown rice and

steamed broccoli. And to keep things easy I use supplements for

about 2 of my snacks a day (BFL Bars, Myoplex lite, Precision

Protein, etc.).

I'm taking 2 weeks off (still following the eating program and

exercising, just laying off the intense level for now) because I need

to see a neurosurgeon about my back...then I'll see where that leaves

me. I hope to be right back in it after that though!
