I bet you feel like a new person. I also would be interested to hear what your favorite meals are, favorite exercises, and any changes in your perspective on weightloss and fitness. Soon as I get a chance I'm going to post all the pics on here...the site i was using didn't allow for multiple pics at the different stages. The changes are incredible... there's nothing holding me back from what I want to do and I know I can do it! For exercises I followed the BFL program pretty much to a T. I would add a little extra cardio (5-10 minutes a day) at an intensity level of about 7. My fav meal is simple, grilled salmon, brown rice and steamed broccoli. And to keep things easy I use supplements for about 2 of my snacks a day (BFL Bars, Myoplex lite, Precision Protein, etc.). I'm taking 2 weeks off (still following the eating program and exercising, just laying off the intense level for now) because I need to see a neurosurgeon about my back...then I'll see where that leaves me.
