Guest guest
Hi Ulla This is not Mandi but Caroline and wondered if I could answer your question... Jacqui on this list arranged to order a bunch of books form the USA and in this way reduced the postage and then sent them all out to us. I dont think the books come with the DVDs. I ordered my Nutrigenomics kit through a friend in the USA because their website wouldn't accept a UK card even with a delivery address in the US The Putting it all together DVD set is very good, I haven't read any books yet or even the AA site - working myself up to that LOL When you order the test kit you get a book and DVD about how to interpret the test - I haven;t looked at those yet - thought it would be better to get the general idea first and open the other stuff when I have the results back, figuring it will make more sense then and I will be better motivated Sorry no help Mandi x
Guest guest
Thanks Carolyn - this is so nice of you. So we are almost family .. ha ha - sorry to disappoint you, but I am also half german - but I grew up in Denmark so my heart is danish. And Norway is still almost a part of Denmark (dont tell your husband..). Guest guest
Hi All I'm here - have reponded for Ulala directly but thought I would butt in if that's OK!! Mandi - I had the same problem ordering for two reasons - I was instructed to put my address in the billing section and the Companys address in the shipping section THEN my wonderful credit card company declined as a security precaution as it was a large amount of money to a " foreign " company!!! So once that was sorted/agreed I put my order(s) in no probs. The second thing I would say is that I had two requests for books after I had ordered (Patience wanted another and Alison - hope they don't mind being mentioned). Also Joy originally ordered one but didn't respond so hers has now gone to another sould who wants to be mentally drained!! Obviously if another six can get together they can share the shipping costs (which are quite a lot if you order individually). Just thought I would point that out before I go and boggle my mind some more.... Guest guest
Whilst I haven't received it yet, I ordered a copy 10 days ago through Amazon in the US. The shipping was a fraction of that charged by Amy Yasko's website. Guest guest
Hi Mikael The price quoted on Dr Yasko's website is not for international shipping - I had to email for a quote for that. As it is based on weight, yes it is very expensive to buy one book. However, for the same shipping you can order up to six books, which makes it work out at a similar maybe very slightly cheaper way of buying than via amazon.com and we got the books within five working days. It just depends how many want to order and how impatient they are !! Guest guest
Thanks any way Mandi. I already did some reading on the aa-site and it wasnt that bad... and actually you can ask questions there and have Yasko answer them after some days - I asked her about the fenugreek and got a good explanation and advice on dosage (and fenugreek) is realy very good and not expensive by the way - I hope I will be able to get the book - some way - and hopefully it will be inspiring - Ulla Denmark Re: Mandi please In a message dated 16/08/2006 10:57:55 GMT Daylight Time, scheinepost (DOT) tele.dk writes: Please tell me where did you order your boook autism puzzle by Dr. Amy Yasko and did it come with the DVD s ?
