Hitting a 10

One thing I disagree with BP about.... I think I hit my 10 at the

beginning of EVERY WORKOUT I do.

As soon as I step into the gym, or onto my treadmill. That's a 10 for

me. It's easily as hard, or harder, than the 10's I aim for at the end of

each muscle group, or during my cardio.
