Guest guest Posted September 22, 2005 Report Share Posted September 22, 2005 One thing I disagree with BP about.... I think I hit my 10 at the beginning of EVERY WORKOUT I do. As soon as I step into the gym, or onto my treadmill. That's a 10 for me.
