Guest guest
Gosh that's cold ! It would probably be quite a bit colder due to the wind chill. It is quite windy here too, a good day to stay indoors. Were at 12 right now, not sure what the wind chill is, but it feels quite cold out there, I went to pick up my youngest DD from school this afternoon. You had a great workout, it's always a nice surprise to find out you've burned more calories than you thought. Stay warm, Kerry wrote: Hi, This morning I woke up and it was very cold and VERY windy. They say our winds will reach 45 MPH and that's with the temps dropping to in the 30's .....Brrrrrrrrrr. We've been having 60 degree weather and now we will feel like we're freezing. This morning I did Maximum Body Sculpting with Traci Long. I don't know why I don't do this one more often. You get a great workout in just 45 minutes. The only part that I didn't like was the lack of ab work. She does some abs, but not much. I wore my HRM, but didn't think I'd burn much, but I ended up being in my zone 33 minutes and burned 272 calories. Cathe posted her December rotation and its similar to what I wanted to do this month, but still not enough upper body. I might change it around a bit or just do what I had planned to do on my own. Happy Friday everyone!! I hope you all have good days today
Guest guest
Hi , how are you? I'm fine except for a nasty rash under my arm...hope it's gone by next week. Sounds like you've been doing more lower body work than upper body work... I guess you can have your goal for this month be to work/strengthen your upper body... Take care, Jen fitgrl222@... wrote: Hi, This morning I woke up and it was very cold and VERY windy. This month I'm going to be adding in more upper body. ~**~
