Guest guest
I just got some smoked salmon yesterday from Chicken of the Sea. It is in a pouch (like the tuna fish). It has 490mg of sodium. I don't know if that would be an alternative for you or not. -- Canned Salmon & Sodium To save money I was buying canned salmon, but I think the sodium bothers me. I'm assuming it's that, because I feel fine after eating fresh salmon. Has anyone else noticed this?
Guest guest
Hi , thanks for replying to my message. That's actually higher than the sodium in the canned salmon I have which was 290mg. Maybe it's just prepackaged items that bother me. I also prefer the frozen veggies over canned veggies. Has anyone noticed a difference between these two also. I'm even thinking about making my own protein shakes, I just need to find some recipes. > I just got some smoked salmon yesterday from Chicken of the Sea. It is in > a pouch (like the tuna fish).
