How many sets and reps does Cathe do in the gym style workouts? Yeah, it has already gotten more sore through out the day. My chest muscles are really feeling it. She does mostly 3 sets per exercise, some just 2 sets. The only time I get sore from the GS workouts is if I haven't done them for a while. If I do them a couple times I loose the soreness. For back I used 20's for rows and a 25 lb bar bell for the pull overs. For biceps I used a 25 lb bar bell, 12's for the concentration curls, 8's for the crazy 8's, 10's for the dumb bell curls and 8's for the forearm curls. I can tell I haven't been working heavy weights because I could feel it in my forearms for almost all the exercises.
