I chew sugarless gum. Wrigley's Extra in the blue package is my favorite.

The flavor lasts a long time so it will last me from one meal to the next.

When I see something I want to eat that is not part of my plan I tell

myself and my kids that I am allergic to it. They know that means that it

will make me (or keep me) fat.

We eat dinner early these days because of kid sport schedules; so often I

have meal 5 and 6 after dinner. And I have one of those on the 'sweet

side', so I'm having dessert.

I always have bars on hand. Often I take the Balance Caramel bars and

cut them up into tiny pieces and freeze them. I allow myself one piece

after a meal.

I am the EXACT same! But what I do isn't going to help, I have a mini

snickers bar or 1 reeces PB cup. A grocery store here w/a healthy food

section used to have these little chocolate chip cookies and I'd have

2 after lunch but they are corrent out cuz of manufacturing problems!!

UGH!!! It's killin me! They were so good and fat free with fiber. Once

those are back, no more little snickers.

A single small Tootsie Roll has about 11 calories. That's what I go

for if I fall into a must-have-chocolate trance after a meal, that or

a chocolate Viactiv calcium chew.

Sugar free, fat free hot chocolate! You can make it with water instead

of milk but I do 1/2 water, 1/2 milk. I also get the low carb kind

too. Satisfies the chocolate monster that attackes right b4 bed.

Sugar free gum. I use it at the end of every meal because it is

my " signal " to stop eating. It is especially important to use at

buffets. When I feel like I could get another plate(of clean food, but

still more food) I'll just pop a piece of Orbit spearmint and it keeps

me happily chewing and not getting more food.
