Given that fiber is highly overrated, I'd be a little skeptical.

i totally agree. the first couple of statements on that page almost

turned me off completely. plus, i certainly don't have a pasty,

goopy, junky diet.

but i continued reading because i feel that i need a detox. i had a

severe anaphylactic reaction to a clabbered milk *bath*. and i'm

having a harder and harder time digesting fats.

and my stool is not of a normal consistency.
