Guest guest
First of all I must confess that I'm totally a Jillian fan. I've downloaded the first two episodes (I don't have cable so I can't watch it directly) of the second season of this show and if you haven't seen it I highly reccomend it. In episode two, Bob (the trainer for the red team comprised of women) told the girls that if they thought by eating less they would lose more weight that they were wrong. He told them you have to eat to lose weight. I was very impressed to hear this especially when seeing how much EAS's BFL has changed recently. Later in the show there's a scene where Jillian gets into it with a member of the blue team (comprised of men) because they had won the weigh in and one of the members decided he would cook the team steaks the size of her arm. She gave them a very strong dose of reality about what they were doing and their lack of responsibility for their actions. I can't wait to download next weeks show! Guest guest
I have to keep reminding myself about what he said about eating to lose weight. Old habits are hard to break - if I slip up, the first things I want to do are skip meals and exercise harder. kikboxxxr <no_reply > wrote:Heck yeah! She let them HAVE IT!!!!
