My goal is 180, a 21 pound weight loss, sort of, I'm up a little from relaxing for four days after the last challenge, but it's probably nonsense weight that'll be off by Tuesday. I really didn't get off the program too much, I just didn't go to the gym yesterday and had a big steak last night. I'm hoping to start benching again tomorrow, it's been five weeks since my shoulder injury and I have followed the Doc's orders to a T. I have taken 55 pounds off of my target bench for the first 4 week cycle so I hope to come back strong. My next competition is the first weekend in December, and I have to behave through 5 days in Maui in November, but I'm focused and ready to go.
