It was smart of you to use the stairs instead of the elevator, 11 floors, that's a lot of stairs! A long walk on the beach sounds wonderful. Enjoy TaeBo while thinking of your in-laws. I didn't get much organized exercise at all last week as I was mostly with my mom and she can't really do much these days. I ate way too much all four days, and was beginning to dread eating, believe it or not. Friday and yesterday were much better, and I'm so glad to eat my own cooking again. Anyway, it's back to normal now. I need some stress relief this week, so I'll do TaeBo Basic while thinking of my in-laws. (There are some in-laws you should never go on vacation with. Such as mine, for instance.) Hopefully, if I do that regularly until Christmas, I'll actually want to be in the same room with them. Anyway, hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving!
