I had planned on taking Tuesday off entirely, but did manage to fit in the 10 flights of stairs nonetheless. Those stairs sound like a good cardio workout. I might have to add in stairs to my workout, I'll have to take it easy at first, I'm sure they'd really get me good. There has been some minor abdominal cramping, but it's really minor, I mean, less than if you ate something that didn't agree with you it's that minor. The tea, the laxative component, tastes good and also has some sort of sedative in it and I'm sleeping well. The parasite killing pills go down fine, and the fiber shake really does "produce" shortly after if you drink plenty of pure water afterwards.
