Guest guest
Can anyone tell me how exactly to use skin fold calipers to accurately measure body fat? I bought some a couple of years ago, never used them, and apparently threw the instructions away. Thanks Kim

Guest guest
You want to pinch only skin and not muscle. Measure an inch above your right hip bone, then take the second measurement half way between your knee and the top of your leg. The last measurement will be on the back of your right arm. Measure half way between your elbow and shoulder. Then go to this site FitnessCalculators - Physical Enhancement and put the numbers in to get your bodyfat percentage. ~Laury
Guest guest
Just curious, what type of calipers are you girls using & are you happy with them. I want to buy a pair, But not sure which ones to get. Thanks! F
