I agree with that totally. I think it basically figures out the body fat in the

" lower

circuit " (from one foot, up through the abdomen, to the next foot) and

extrapolates

the top half. So if you gain arm strength but not legs, it doesn't really count,

and the numbers depend a lot on how your body fat is distributed (it will come

out a lot higher if you have big hips!). But, they are still useful, I've found.
