Guest guest
On the subject of fluoride in toothpaste, if you have a well (and therefore no fluoride) Colgate makes a prescription-strength fluoride dentist that you dentist or family MD would most likely write a Rx for. BTW, because I have lost most of my salivary glands after my first thyroid cancer treatment, my teeth are breaking up and getting tons of cavities despite me drinking water all day. Someone on the list who had Sjogren's disease (sp?) suggested trying Salagen to increase the saliva. I finally got a Rx and it has helped. Perhaps I can keep the rest of my teeth. Thanks to that person for the suggestion. ; ) Willow --- acarpe6119@... wrote: > Ye Gods Helen, first the terroism, then the > poisonings of animals, now the > food for hujmans warning and toothpaste > > I note I am using Colgate complete, hoping the > fluoride is alright, I called > my dentist before I would consider even using it. > > Answer your letter later, Brit has had two bad > nights, and so have I!
