Questions for the list:

Perimenopause--I think I'm in it and I think it's really beginning to

bug me. It's adding to my fluttery heart problems (I had a heart attack

a year ago and I have a lot of premature ventricular contractions) and

anxiety. Any ideas?

Sugar poisoning--Yesterday I went to the company picnic and I succumbed

to the lure of cotton candy (what was I thinking?). I didn't eat a ton

of it, but there wasn't much I *could* eat there and we weren't

supposed to bring our own food. I had a piece of chicken and some beans

but I'm pretty sure the beans were pretty heavily sugared too. I got

awfully sick on the way home, not stomach sick but system sick--chest

pain, nauseau, the " clammies " and so on; we had to pull over twice and

we almost called 911. And I feel hung over today. Pain is a great

motivator, so I don't think I'll be doing that again, but can anyone

give me some " hangover " remedies? :)

Finally, ever since my gallbladder went wonky I have become for lack of

a better term " food phobic. " Even when I'm hungry I'll have a hard time

eating when I don't feel well because I'm afraid that whatever I eat

will make me feel worse. Suggestions?

And now I cede the floor. :)
