I've done the constant swish for a few minutes, and I've tried the occassional swish over 90 min in a double boiler. May I ask what " too much of a hurry " is? Do I need to stand over it like the witches from MacBeth and stir continuously for an hour? 15 minutes? 2 hours? Also, if you don't mind sharing what temperature you heat them to? Thanks!
