Roll Call: What new-to-you aromatic really delighted you

Since I am new to NP, my delights were were vetiver & labdanum. The

biggest surprise was fennel that I had infused in to jojoba oil earlier

this summer. I opened up the bottle this holiday season, it is lovely

and so unexpected. Not doing any research, I am assuming it must be a

top note because it seemed I could not get enough. What intrigues me

is that it smells nothing at all like the fennel I tinctured alcohol.
