Coconut Milk

We recently received in a shipment of Coconut Water which is made from young

coconuts (also called buko juice) and Coconut Milk (17% Fat). Both these items

are packaged in tetra paks and taste much different than similar products

packaged in aluminum cans. The Buko juice is a wonderful electrolyte replacement

because it is very high in potassium and contains alkalinizing minerals, such as

calcium and magnesium, as well as very important trace minerals. Buko juice can

be placed in an ice cream freezer and turned into a coconut sherbet. It can be

fermented into a delicious probiotic drink that tastes like a margareta, and it

can be the " juice " or " water " used in protein drinks and smoothies. In addition,

coconut water is delicious and very health promoting all by itself. Besides the

coconut water we have coconut milk that is better tasting than any coconut milk

we have ever tried. It is delicious over granola or made into ice cream. With a

pinch of cocoa it is more delicious than chocolate milk or hot chocolate, and it

can be whipped into a cream for a cream pie, or added to any recipe that calls

for milk. We are offering special prices during the months of August and

Do you mean is WFN in Australia? No, they are in

the US. But if you are in Oz, then I think

you are a LOT closer to good coconut

products than we are! Most imports seem to

come from India, the Philippines, the South Seas ...
