Guest guest
Connie, We are in the same boat! I will turn 40 in 2006 and refuse to do it in the shape I am in now. My oldest is 12, so I too have the long term pouch! Best wishes with your transformation. Know that you aren't alone! -- Abd Excersize What is the best and or quickist excersize for the waist/abs. Guest guest
I might be in the minority, but I'm of the opinion that if your abs aren't sore the next day, you're wasting your time. I think you should wreck your abs and let them fully recover just like any other muscle group. Abs Every Day? http://www.skwigg.com/id31.html I saw a magazine article a couple of months ago where they asked all the top fitness competitors how often they worked their abs. These are women with absolutely ripped mid-sections, full six-packs, no fat at all on their abs. None of them worked their abs more than three times a week and most of them only hit them once or twice, HARD. If you want more of a challenge than the BFL workouts, you can do the Ab Boot Camp routine three times a week on cardio days. Ab Boot Camp (in the club Files section) /files/ Or you can crunch away every day. I understand that not everybody will agree on this one. :-) On 9/5/05, Kerr <alexemmekerr@...> wrote: > I have heard you can do abs everyday, unless you do enough to actually make yourself sore the next day.
