I'm happy even to hear that a kid's pooping has improved, lol. Even that can help to alleviate some of the physical distress that many ASD kids experience. I recently watched "'s story" on the danwebcast and it was very interesting and inspiring - even though her child is still profoundly autistic, the improvements were phenomenal. Darla ~who will be tackling 's sleepless nights with recently aquired melatonin
Guest guest
Caroline, here is the link - Nutricentre has it for £40 minus 25%, unless you can get it from the states (I would be interested to hear what DrUsman thinks, if you ever get the chance to discuss it): http://vrp.com/det/1525.asp?c=1152653926312 & k=/vrpsearch.asp & m=/includes\ /vrp.css & p=no & s=0 Natasa > > Natasa > This is awesome... We have started using the Asthma medication Singulair with , its one of the meds that Krigsman uses I believe and is anti-inflammatory for other conditions too. Our pharmacist knew the bloke who was a sales rep for them and he told them they had been doing trials for other conditions but since that guy has left have no more info. This si the start of our 3rd month and from the start it has helped, we have less pain, less posturing and with s recent impaction I wondered if it actually didnt bother her so much because was less painful. A theory that our paediatrician agrees with. So its helping but not helping everything. still takes her senna and lactulose and if I reduce those she becomes constipated. Now with the oxypowder, I am hoping to phase out the lactulose. Its such a juggle but I prefer to use Oxypowder than lactulose and senna which I feel affect the body more physiologically if you know what I mean, eg drawing water into the bowel, osmotically per lactulose. So we shall see I will keep you all posted but I will definitely ask her next time I speak with her. Kind Regards Caroline, Aberdeenshire xx
