think if I do a modified version with mini meals that include

fruit/veggies - some fat and small portions of protein I should be

ok. I guess the only way to know is to give it a try!!!

Nervousness is good. Keeps us on our toes :-)

He actually has a transitional phase/plan in his book and says it takes

most folks two to three weeks to adapt and get up to speed.

But I'm sure you read that.
