You can do this. Call your local library, and see if they have a copy of a book called "Three Dog Nightmare" by Chuck Negron. He tell's all about his 30+ yrs of being dependent on drugs, and 36 different rehab programs. I read it, and I couldn't put it down.

Thanks Dort for your well wishes and i did take a pill for a headache and think that was a big part of it

I feel like i will be able to sleep tonight and i thank God my neighbors in this duplex are quiet on weekend mornings until about noon

Great concert! Click on the attachment at the top. This Chuck Negron (From Three Dog Night). I don't know who took the picture, but they did a great job! Chuck is 63yr (I think). Read his book "Three Dog Nightmare."

I also saw Chad And ; The Buckinghams; The Association; and Blood, Sweat, and Tears. I stayed at The Hyatt Regency Arcade.
