Weights at Night

I do my weight training at night & I'm wondering should I eat after

that?? & If so what should I eat. I wasn't sure because it says in the

BFL book to not eat 2 to 3 hrs before bedtime.

It does...where? We all eat here before bed. If you are eating clean, and the

right foods you can eat before bed. The best thing to eat right before bed

after a weight workout, in my option would be 1/2 cup cottage and a med. apple

or a protein shake w/ some berries.

It does...where? We all eat here before bed. If you are eating clean, and the

Actually I think I read it in the BFFM book not the BFL book. Thanks

Can anyone second the trainer's opinion? Is it really the " least Bad " time to

cheat. If so,

should I be having my free day on a workout day?
