Natural wine-alcohol for perfume?

Hello,

I filled a roll-on glass vial with Jojoba oil and Jasmine Absolute to

to create a beautiful roll-on perfume. Unfortunately the Jasmine

Absolute is heavy and falls to the bottom and " sticks " to the bottom. I

added mixing metal balls but they can't get all of the Jasmine off the

bottom.

I was told that " natural wine-alcohol " is great for roll-on perfumes

and I assume it'll mix better but what exactly is natural wine-alcohol?
