Guest guest
I went to the gym yesterday, worked my uppers and did a few lower exercises. I'm hurting today. I had to pick up DD from work last night at 11:30, so I was tired this morning and didn't go to the gym before work. I did, however, do Kathy Ireland's Ab workout for 12 minutes. It woke me up, lol. It's a nice day today so I'll probably go jogging this evening. For food: day 1 Meal 1 7 a.m. - Bran cereal with milk Meal 2 10 a.m. - Carrots and a banana. Busy day at work, couldn't squeeze much more in, and it took me an hour to eat those. Meal 3 - Salad with vinagrette dressing, w.w. rice with peas and chicken. I added bb sauce to this and it tastes like chinese food! yumm! Meal 4 - 4 egg whites with 1/2C of peppers/onions and 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of turkey. yum. Meal 5 - met with the bf and we went to KFC, i had a grilled chicken wrap. (he can be so anal sometimes about what i eat!) Today is pretty much a repeat, except for supper I'll be having chops and mashed potatoes and peas. I'll also have a 6th meal of fruit (melon, probably) I feel good so far! Guest guest
Also, make sure that with meal 6 you add a protein like cottage cheese with the fruit. A perfect before bedtime meal! Your muscles will love it. Stasia
Guest guest
Cottage cheese... mmmm... I can do that for meal one, too. Will a protein shake on top of the cereal be a bad thing? (I love munching, eating cereal helps with that) > Also, make sure that with meal 6 you add a protein like cottage cheese > with the fruit. A perfect before bedtime meal! Guest guest
Yes. I have a protein shake with cereal nearly every day for breakfast. It is better to have this early rather than late but better than many other choices you could make. Stasia
