Recently I read an article at Redflagsdaily written by Dr. Kendrick where he says eating under stress is not good for anybody. It's a great article about cholesterol. He's member of THINCS. I was stressed this weekend and didn't feel like eating very much. Ate mostly coconut oil and yogurt, and slept and slept. I think it's a good point to listen to our bodies eh?
