I had foamy stuff on mine, but it wasn't mold. I've never had mold grow before, so I am stumped. I would bet that scraping it off should be fine, kind of like cheese. Did you wash the berries before fermenting? I don't know if inherent mold on the berries might have been part of the mix. Maybe we need to cover the top of the berries with a cabbage leaf to keep them under liquid as we do with kimchi? Well, cabbage may not be the best choice, but you see where I'm going with it.
