Question for all you who are familiar with Aajon Vonderplanitz?

A friend and I are going to prepare some " high meat " as explained in his

recipe book. Aajon says that it is best eaten alone, but does anyone know how

long

before or after consuming the high meat that other foods can be eaten? Or

instead, does anyone know how to reach Aajon himself in order to ask questions?

Thanks.

Have you seen the live food site? It deals more with Aajonus's

type eating.

Personally I don't think it matters that much what other foods are eaten

with high meat. When I first started using it I would wrap it up in a

fresh piece of meat to disguise the taste. Later on I'd eat it alone but

maybe " chase " it with a bit of cheese or tomato. In general the whole idea

is to introduce the live bacteria into my gut so I would probably not eat

foods that would interfere or compete with the bacterial action (perhaps

honey, vinegar, milk, etc.) Now I generally wait about 1 hour before

eating anything else.

Regards,
