I am getting ready to buy some more coconut oil. I wanted to try a

different kind this time but am not sure if the Tropical Traditions

coconut oil is the same as the coconut oil from the Philippines that

Wilderness Family Naturals sells. Do you know?

Peace and Love of Christ be with you,

Robin :)

Nope, not the same. IMO, Wilderness has the better brand.

Their website says they'll soon be carrying coconut oil from the

Philippines (in addition to the stuff from India and the South

Pacific). From the description, it doesn't sound the same as the

Tropical Traditions stuff.

I have tried wilderness, tropical traditions and quality first. I thought

wilderness tasted too strong. I just didn't like it as much. I liked

tropical traditions and now i'm using quality first, which i quite like.

It's from Indonesia.

Unless something has changed recently, Wilderness markets two oils, one

of which is also marketed by Quality First, the Indonesian oil.

Thanks to all who have answered my question. Now, which has the

lighter flavor, Wilderness Family Naturals coconut oil, or Coconut

Oil Supreme? Thanks.
