Right...a steel pot! Thanks!

I was looking for a little more specific info, like what kind of

peppers and how much. Being a person that likes bland, peppers are

something I don't know too much about. I went to the store looking

for fresh mild chili peppers and they had some other kind of

pepper... called it " hot pepper " . It looked like a bell pepper, only

long and not so fat.

Del,

I'd recommend your first batch put NO hot peppers or chili peppers - only

bell peppers. If you put ginger in it it will also get hot if you use too

much.

It will taste good without being spicy. And you can always add fresh ground

pepper as you eat it with a meal... but you can't cool it down if it's TOO

spicy.

Of course I've only made 1 batch so far - but it was great !!
