>>>>Calcium and Magnesium. Maybe. What is the best form of Calcium and

Magnesium supplementation?

------>daphne, probably the best (or one of the best forms) is the kind

found in animal bone which is calcium hydroxiapatate. ron schmid, an ND and

chapter leader in CT, sells a line of high quality additive-free

supplements, and one of them is organic bone meal from NZ cattle.

http://www.drrons.com/calcium_hydroxyapatite.html (disclosure: i'm his web

master, but i don't benefit finanacially from recommending his products. i

recommend them because i think they're good.)

>>>Digestive Enzyme. Not too risky or weird, I'm pregnant.

----->well, i would say " digestzymes " which have worked great for me, but

they are the kind that's hard to get because they're generally only

available to professionals (although i order them direct from an online

company http://www.gaines.com/ but they're not on the website, i just call

and ask for them.). i don't know of any over-the-counter ones that are good.

*maybe* omegazyme from garden of life?

There is much that could be said, but i'd suggest reading 'How We Heal' by

on first (www.d-w-m.com) then joining us at

howweheal if you want more info.

We are concerned with finding the best food based supplements that get

RESULTS, and then accessing them at the cheapest price.

Enzymes & Minerals are high on the list, but there are many others which are

excellent

Chris-

I have a suggestion I'm sure we'll all appreciate: just put that in your

sig. It'll cut way down on message traffic. ;->
