Here's something I do that is delicious and helps me get my Omega

3 (Flax seed), Omega 6 (Pumpkin, sesame and sunflower) and greens

in.

- Grind 3 tablespoons of flax seeds, fresh - a coffee grinder

does this well

- Add 1 1/2 Tablespoon of a mixture, of equal parts, ground

sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds (I pre-grind this and keep it

in the refrigerator to save time).

- Add 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Barley Green Powder (or whatever

" green " powder you prefer)

- Stir this dry mix together well (allows it to " dissolve " better

when you add the " water " )

- Add the water from one young coconut

- Stir it up and enjoy - Delicious

This gives you the proper ratio of Omega 3 and Omega 6 combo.

(2:1) along with other nutrition from the " greens " and the

coconut water. Double the receipe and it makes a delicious meal

replacement ( or at least a healthy " snack " )

Save the coconuts. When you have a few, scoop out the " meat " and

process in a blender (the Vita mix does the best job) with enough

coconut water to make a great pudding. Add some dates, cinnamon,

vanilla etc. if you want it a little sweeter and with a different

flavor. I like it " plain " .

Coconut, aside from being delicous and healthy is also very good

for controlling parasites.

Bon appetite!
