Hi, we are in London but get all/ most of the supplements from web-based

retailers. our doc is 2 hours drive, DrH at Breakspear, there are a

couple so called 'DAN' docs here but I have yet to hear a good word

about any of the London-based ones.

re. schools, it depends really what area of London they are moving to. I

know there is a reportedly good one somewhere in Southwark.

she is welcome to email me privately neno @ dalmaholidays. co. uk -

no spaces

I think Natasha is correct - an awful lot depends on where you live

in London. If they are ABA inclined it might be worth looking at

areas around the Peach School (Treehouse) in North London but getting

a place will take a while. Dr Heard also has a long waiting list so

they could get on it now for next year. If they are looking at East

London she can contact me via message system. Our local State Spe

cial school is not too bad but inclusive model is poorly supported

but it depends on your friends needs and expectations.

I was wondering what the provision in Brussels is like for English

speakers - I grew up there and my parents live there still. My Mum

did consider applying for a LSA role in the international school but

decided against for various reasons. I often wonder how we would cope

if we went back. I went to the European School in Woluwe, my cousin

goes there now and is dyslexic, his Mum has had to battle hard to get

the correct help.

it's a small school and may not have any places for the age you require - and getting a child in can take a while. One thing to find out is which boroughs are least resistant to paying for places.
