Guest guest Posted August 12, 2003 Report Share Posted August 12, 2003 Has anyone fermenting vegetables other than Kimchi vegs and Cabbage? Has anyone thown any greens in their fermented vegs and what kind of greens did you use? I would like to get more variety but am unsure what would make a good combination of veggies and spices. I tried doing the ginger carrots with very little ginger because I don't like the taste and they didn't ferment well. they are still hard and sweet.
