I think it was Jim who posted this some time back--it bears

repeating for those who haven't seen or forgot it. ~^^V^^~

According to a recent radio broadcast by Dr. Dean O'dell this technique is

not reliable and few people would be able to do it, especially as they are

having a heart attack. He is aware that this has been circulated widely by e

mail. Maybe should refer him to Rochester GH.
