Hi Darla,

something i have noticed with Epsom salts is that if i have a cut on

my hand and i put it in the bath water the salts make it sting.

Also my ds at present has quite bad eczema on his feet and has been

refusing to get in the bath, i would imagine this is because it

makes his feet sting where the eczema is. Does your child have

eczema, cuts etc coz this might be why he does not want to have a

bath?

My solution to this is to keep the bath temp. alot cooler and then i

have been able to persuade him to get in eventually. Not sure why

this works, maybe becos a cooler temp does not open up the skin

pores and everything els so much?! Very unscientific but might be

worth trying.

hth, Nikki
