Hi Eva -

It can be overwhelming, especially if you belong to a number of

groups. At the top of the page, on top of the aubergine line saying

Autism Biomedical Europe, you will see 'edit membership' written in

blue letters. Click on that and change your settings to DAILY DIGEST

or to NO EMAIL, and just log on when you have time to catch up with

your reading. Whatever you do, don't leave the group!!!

Hi Eva

Click on the Edit membership link just over the purple banner that

says

Autism- Biomedical Europe

Change the settings to daily digest.

Then you only get 1 email with the messages summarised.

And if that gets too many

Change it to no email.

Then you can still view message on the website but they wont come

into outlook express.

GFCF diet really helped Jay, he started to sleep through the night after 3 days

off dairy and 80% more tuned in but I found that the gfcf stuff, flours etc

seemed just as processed, as normal flours, just seemed to replace one toxin

for another,I haven't officially started Jay on SCD yet as we haven't done the

intro yet but I must say since on it bms smell normal now (still not too

pleasant

but they were really bad on gfcf.) on the pecanbread group there was a post

about spinach crackers recently which sounded fab and might help with the

crunch factor, haven't made them yet but maybe worth a look, best wishes

What reading would be advisable to do next? I read that some of you wished you'd starting chelating sooner, would it be good for me to look into that?

>>I wish I'd started chelating sooner than I did (wasted 2 years) but I knew all along - was just too scared to go it alone not being able to find practitioner that knew more about it than me..................until I had a cyber-kick up the butt from Andy Cutler for which I will be ever grateful

This will take a while - take food and drink and see yah next week!

Mercury Detox: Information, Tools, and Resources

Consider also looking into NCD

I only have a very rudimentary understanding of it. The practioner that we see will conduct heavy metal testing on . Are there different types of HMT?

>>Oh yes most of which IMP & EO can be dangerous. A hair test from Doctors Data in the USA or urine Porphyrins in France is safe and non invasive. Look on TA site under Consider hair testing which is part of Beginners Guide - links there will explain

Obviously I don't want to waste our money on un-needed tests!!

>>More importnat not to put your kid in a place where he could possibly get worse...

Also - if anyone could give me some advice on GF/CF diets - I'd like to be introducing solids/finger foods that are at least GF/CF but all the biscuits/crackers, etc that I can find that qualify are loaded with sugar. needs his crunchy bite and dissolve foods for his anxiety times (they help him not to bite his clothes, arms, etc) Any recommendations?

>>>No idea - we are off GFCF with HNI enzymes 4 years now' :)

AutismMedical.com is link for AiA forum - home of GFCF advice in UK, its not like this group, you have to visit the site but oodles of info and peeps that know what they are doing :)

Happy reading
