When I started I could only dream of running a six minute mile before I turn sixty. Now I can run two of them in a row, two miles in twelve minutes. I am astonished, and cannot help but credit the " Parr course " , since I have not changed any other aspect of my training, vitamins, diet, etc. Non appetite! I got in the 30 minute Broadway Blast Off tape and didn't eat much at the cookout. I'm proud of me cause grilled hot dogs are my weakness. I was a little short on my water consumption, but will make up for it as much as I can this week. I have lots of cookbooks and can share some recipes for lighter baked goodies if you wish. My kids love it when I bake and it's hard to resist sometimes.
