Guest guest
, I don't know anything about ME but I friend of mine has (self-diagnosed) Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and she followed my son's protocol more or less for the past year and that changed her state completely. The only thing she hasn't been able to do was Low Dose Naltrexone, as that is rx only, mb12 she got sublingual spray from an online shop and it works fine for her, she felt instant change for the better - she started it after months on the diet, so it could be that her gut was healed enough and able ot absorb it better ... she got it from http://store.agoodvitamin.com/puadbsp1floz.html they do ship to UK. Nutricentre in London (over the phone only) sells VRP mb12 sublingual but that one didn't do much for her, although they are supposed to be the same. Hope it helps, Natasa > > Hello and Natasa > > Thanks for your replies.
