Guest guest
Hello All I too have been using the gravity by hanging upside down since 1983 on a daily basis for many reliefs > headache relief > muscle & joint relief and spine relief. But I have found that for the best relief of pain of the spine, is to lay on the floor ( hard carpet ) and put your butt against the wall and roll all the way back to your neck > one vertebra at a time. ( slowly ) And when you find a particular sore vertebra, roll back and forth in that area. Any one with a bad back, this will be painful at first but will lessen with in two weeks and you will find significant relief as I have ! I no longer see a Chiropractor using these two methods at home or at work. Guest guest
Response to > schapin333@... If you have back problems ( as most do ) Don't try to envision the rolling of the spine, get down on the 'hard' floor and do it (-: [ Pushing against the wall with your feet is what your not including in you thoughts ] Can you envision that there is a cure for the common cold & Influenza.. Well there is..and this too is something that you have to do,.. not envision (-: Go to the site below with links > Best of Health....Larry > http://Community.webtv.net/Library-Info-/MicroscopicKillers http://Community.webtv.net/Legal-Pages-/OURCONSTITUTIONAL =+ Ecclesiastes: 1. v. 9 Believing Will Get You There....God Bless

Guest guest
Hi Christel, I tried to find somewhere to purchase this, but only found two sites, and no way to buy it. I have been looking for something like this (that didn't put all the pressure on your ankles) for some time. Can you tell me where I can get one? Thanks! > Gravity > > >>Jim, I fail to see how since your body is still in a horizontal > position<< > > << I must diagree with you on this one. Guest guest
FAM's site can be found here: http://www.geocities.com/environmental1st2003/FAM_Secret_Society.html On this page... http://www.geocities.com/environmental1st2003/Main6.html entitled " What Members of FAM Want You to Know About Asperger Syndrome, " you can submit comments on what you would like others to know about AS. Here... http://www.geocities.com/environmental1st2003/Main7.html Members can have their state's or country's flag put up. Some browsers may mash the text together. Sorry about that, but trying to correct the problem has proven fruitless. Tom Administrator I've just discovered Inger's site and have been reading it today.
