BULL'S EYE!

Yup, this morning it was all too discernible as the tell-tale bull's eye

rash, diagnostic of Lyme's. While I'm not ready to dance for joy over

this, it's a relief not to have to rely solely on lab results.

I did get driven to doc's for a one-minute walk-in (thus sparing me

another $20 deductible!) and he concurred. " Take Doxycycline and I'll

see you Friday " .

You all gave me some very good recos and I'm following up. About the C

Silver:

I went into a 2 hour bout of chattering teeth, clattering bones, wrapped

in blankets with the temp at 90 outside and my AC turned to 80. As that

wore off I warmed up nicely, all the way to 103 again. While the Bear is

on the phone shreiking at my daughter that we were going to take me back

to the ER (and I'm telling him it will be a dead body that goes) I

washed my mouth in ice cold water, shook the thermometer all the way and

left it in a short while, till it 'only' went to 102.8. This is the one

and only benefit of Mercury<G>.

When I awoke after only 2 hours of sleep, I thought " oh no, not

again... " and in the dark I poured a generous slosh (probably close to

1/2 cup) of the Silver Water OZ and topped that with a generous shot of

" Inland Sea Water " (another of Trace Mineral's fine products, if you

NEED sodium)and promptly fell back to sleep till 7 AM.

Best night out of the last 5.

Spent today without chills and fever, minimal pain!!

Got down 3 or 4 glasses of ozonated water so far, and one session of the

insufflation, early in the day. I have to dig up the info on funneling

yet. I've also got to find 6 times a day when my stomach is empty! I'm a

'grazer' rather than a 3-mealer.

Another of our listmembers is also a long time Lyme's harborer and has

sent me to all her best research sites. As soon as I can stay upright at

this screen long enough, I'll be learning.

Darn, I've always wanted inversion boots! something a little more

necessary always seems to pop up.

I've got the Cordyceps, GSE, and Olive Leaf and 2 bottles of Flora

Source as well as some 'sraight' Salivarius.

Anyone think I should add to these?

I've been meaning to get skin brushes since forever; I guess you all are

finally pushing me over the edge.

I'll take the %^*@$! abx as directed for 3 weeks, as certain parties in

my life leave me no choice. In this case however, with all I've heard

about Lyme's, it's probably not the worse decision I'll ever make.

I may be " here " but perhaps refreshingly silent for a short while<G> A

million thanks to all for the good advice and the time you took to put

it down for me. Anything interesting occurs in this healing process,

I'll let you know.

Gratefully,

Sharon

<< Imagine an overstuffed chair. That kind of big, sturdy chair. Sit upside

down, with your back where you normally sit and your feet in the air.

Your knees should be at the top of the chair back. This position is

95+++% as effective as inversion boots or a table or a yogic sling! >>

Jim, I fail to see how since your body is still in a horizontal position.

Hi Sharon,

I'm really happy for you because you caught it so early and are taking all

the right stuff. Its so much easier to get over if you catch it early unlike

my situation. Antibiotics are supposed to really help when you get it early.

Late stage Lyme is much harder to get rid of with just antibioics. Please

don't stop treating it when you feel better or it can come back worse than

before. Many doctors recomend treating it for 3 months after symptoms go

away.

I have an extra unopened bottle of olive leaf extract if you want it. I can

send it to you for half price. I already went through a case of it (11

bottles). I stopped taking it because I think I've developed an allergy to

it. I'm still taking all the other stuff, though.

H202 or ozonated water is really important since Lyme hates oxygen.

I never took ozonated water, but the h202 has worked wonders. Ozonated water

is probably just as good, but I don't know for sure.

Take Care!

Jim,

I must diagree with you on this one. Try inversion boots and you'll

know what I'm taliking about. Inversion boots don't just stop the

downward effects of gravity, they put a reverse force on the

vertabrae and cause them to seperate. They make my back and neck

crack sometimes. Your spine is still in compression if you are

sitting upside down in a chair.

I couldn't agree more that inversion boots or a table would be better.

What I am saying is for anybody who hasn't got inversion equipment, the

upside down on a chair works bettter than nothing. And, for many people,

it is enough because not everyone uses it for their spine. More people,

IMO, use inversion for the blood flow to the brain, which is just fine

in a chair. On the right chair I can bend my knees & hook them over the

chair back & I do get some traction on most of my back.

Or, for those who want full back tracttion, use a yogi sling. It is a

simple loop of fabric hanging on a rope. You sit in a sort of lotus

position, with the knees forming a triangle with the sacrum. Wrap the

loop around the back & over the knees. Then, just hang there. Good as

inversion boots or table & costs almost nothing to make.
