I stopped with the pool because the pool temperature had been so low here ... and then I increase my time at the gym instead. Now, I found out that my muscle at back of my legs (calve muscles) are getting stronger somehow. Also my strength in my arms are much better too...are growing!! What do you think about this? Do you think it would be enough just walking on treadmill? It will improve the strength in the feet? How many kilometres one should be able to do?
